Der Kundernservice war tadellos und hilfreich.Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich über WhatsApp begrüßt und zur Unterkunft geleitet. Wir erhielten alle Information, die nötig waren.Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Internet, es wurde umgehend geklärt.Es war immer jemand zu erreichen und auch sprachlich gab es keinerlei Probleme. An alle Mitarbeiter ein großes Lob.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist mit gut zu bewerten.
