Located in Tauro, the villa is close to the Anfi Tauro Golf Course while Amadores Beach and Tauro Beach are within a 5 minutes drive. This is a fantastic property with bright and ample areas, great for families or groups who want a relaxing holiday in a tranquil area.
The Villa
This new exclusive villa of 3 levels offers large spaces and comfort and thanks to its big windows, make the interior spaces very bright. It has a private pool and a wonderful rooftop terrace with nice views. The garden has an artificial grass lawn on its entire surface and sunbeds by the pool. The decoration has been done by an interior design studio, which gives this beautiful villa a lot of character.
The main floor consists of a spacious living room with big windows to enjoy the wonderful landscapes, plus a smart TV (with German channels, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE connection...), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen utilities, 1 bathroom with shower and an amazing patio with an exterior dining area, the private pool and sunbeds.
The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom. The highest quality beds and mattresses ensure total comfort so you can fully relax and enjoy a great nights sleep. There is also an additional bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. In total, 6 people can comfortably sleep in the beds.
Baby crib and highchairs are available. Please let us know when booking, crib and highchair will be provided only when requested.
On the roof there is a chill out area with sunbeds, where you can enjoy the sunset and ocean views.
The villa also has a free private parking for two cars infront of the house.
