With a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, very bright, from where you can access directly to the cozy terrace of the house, which has an outdoor table, shower and sun loungers all in a large open space, where you can have lunch, relax and sunbathe. It also has Smart TV, 300mb Fibre Wifi, designed for teleworking, fan, lift and two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, in the quiet residential complex in which it is located. With all amenities, just a few steps from supermarkets and the Mogán Mall shopping centre, where you will find a wide range of leisure and restaurants. With the beach of Puerto Rico just a few minutes drive from the property, it also has a magnificent connection to the motorway to be able to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.
