Kjempebra plass med kort veg til det meste , Strand , butikker , restauranter . Matvarebutikk rett over gata. Rent og fint og flott basseng . Spesielt hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale . Godt med parkering. Det som trekker noe ned er støy fra veien foran balkongene og at det er lite mulighet for soling på balkongene .

Vi bestilte delux leilighet i øverste etage. Positivt fornøyd ved ankomst, ganske slitt kjøkken men helt ok. Litt overrasket over 1 cm glipp midt i parketten på tvers i «stuen». Når vi hadde vært der en dag begynte vi å se mye feil, rusk på midt på gulvet, merket meg hvor det var, det var der fortsatt når vi reiste etter en uke. De vasket ikke gulvet på en uke, kun det synlige tok de som håndklær og redde opp sengen. Vi fant løs negl midt i sofaen første dag, da løftet jeg på puten og så masse rask. Dorullholderen på badet var ødelagt, rullene stod oppå do bak oss. En slik billig enkel ting burde vært fikset, det sier litt om hvor mye de brydde seg. Generelt fikk jeg en skitten ubehagelig følelse da små kryp pilte over gulvet og gjemte seg i listene når lyset kom på. Deretter var lyset på til oss. Veldig fint uteområde, rent og pent der, de vasket i uteområdet mye. Kjekt med snarvei til stranden via utgang på nedsiden foran hotellet. Resepsjonen hadde en koslig mann og resten var sliten eller sur. Generelt mutte ansatte. Til sist: wifi var innbakt i prisen til oss. Ikke kjøp wifi, vi fikk ikke lastet en side uten å vente minutter (hvis vi var heldige) Vi kommer ikke tilbake.

Positivt: Nært strand og sentrum pga snarvei. Hyggelig personalet. Fint å ha bar og restaurant på hotellet. Billigere å kjøpe frokost på hotellet for hele oppholdet enn å kjøpe hver dag. God mat. Negativt: Vi trodde vi fikk aircondition, men da måtte vi betalt for det. Skulle gjerne vært gratis Internett. Toalettene var dårligere. Det var svært vanskelig å trekke ned så ting i do ble liggende.. Vi kunne ikke trekke ned dopapir i toalettet.

Lovely apartment with beautiful seaviews

We had a great stay at Apartments Maracaibo. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartment itself was extremely clean and spacious. We stayed in a superior studio 1 bedroom apartment which I would recommend as air con and Wi-Fi are included in the cost of the apartment, we also had an amazing view of the marina and beach. In the apartment there was a nice little kitchenette and lounge area aswell as a lovely balcony area. The apartment was cleaned everyday apart from Sunday. The pool area was very good with an ample supply of sunbeds. Food at the pool bar was also very nice. There was a mini market less then a minutes walk from the main entrance. The beach and marina were also about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Construction work..

Just ok. - There was construction work during our stay. Even in the rooms beside us. - The furniture was uncomfortable. - WIFI didn`t work that well - The TV was soooo tiny. However, the service was good. Nice staff and nice bar. They also had a 24 hours open (mini) supermarket in the hotel. It was also easy to book a car. They delivered to our hotel.

Decent hotel great location

Basic apartment hotel. But in a great location with a short cut to the beach. Good to have a bar and restaurant onsite. Supermarket literally 30 seconds away. Air conditioning is extra but is the best hotel AC I've come across.

Que el hotel está bien ubicado con entrada por planta 5, calle donde aparcamos, y otro acceso peatonal por planta 0 donde se ubica la piscina y el bar. Tiene recepción las 24 horas y una microtienda con productos muy básicos. Nos dieron la habitación 318 con vistas al puerto y playa de Puerto Rico desde la terraza. El aire acondicionado tenía un cargo adicional de 6 €/noche. No lo contratamos y padecimos el ruido del aire acondicionado de habitaciones contiguas. La segunda noche vimos que la limpieza se había dejado papeles en en suelo de la habitación sin recoger. La considero excesivamente superficial e incompleta. La cocina es minúscula y en el minifrigo no cabe una botella de agua de litro y medio de pie. La ducha está muy bien.

Rommene var helt ok i forhold til pris. Alt for liten TV med dårlig utvalg av kanaler. Ikke mulig å leie film. Kjøkkenet hadde ikke oppvaskmaskin. Og det tok noen dager før dette ble rengjort. Aircondition og WIFI måtte leies i tillegg. Airconditionen bråkte noe, det var en varmepumpe. Internettlinjen var dårlig. Hyggelig betjening og hotellet ligger i et rolig område med skygge på kvelden etter en dag i sola. Alt i alt 3 stjerner på dette hotellet.

Sentralt i Puerto Rico

Vi ble tildelt et rom på bakkenivå som lå rett ved "inngangen " til hotellet. Dette medførte mye støy da gjestene passerte her på vei inn/ut og det i tillegg var papirtynne vegger. Det var også uønskede husdyr i form av maur og annet kryp. Vi fikk også tildelt to felt senger å sove på, til tross for at vi bestilte rom med king size bed. Forsøkte bytte rom, men det var umulig siden det var fullt. Sett bort ifra dette var betjening/personal veldig blide og hyggelige. Uteområdet var også veldig fint og rent.
