A quiet, bright, single-story house near the beaches, the harbor, and the GR34.

The single-storey, air-conditioned house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a very quiet, protected and classified space.
It has a very large garden with a 60 m2 wooden terrace facing south as well as a very large private parking lot.

Ideally located for people looking for hiking from the house.
You will be 1 km from the GR 34, the beaches of Trénez and Kerfany as well as the many sandy coves that invite you to swim.
The town of Moëlan sur mer extends over 14 km of seaside. It has three ports including the port of Bélon, 1 km from the house (arrival of fish and shellfish of the day).
You can enjoy water activities in the vicinity of the village.

A large bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet.
Two bright bedrooms, each with a dressing room (one bed in 160 plus a bed in 90, the other a bed in 140), possibility of requesting a baby cot in addition.
The living room, the living room (with sofa bed) and the kitchen each have an opening onto the terrace and the garden. The outside invites you to relax and enjoy a pleasant meal.
You can observe many birds and sometimes deer.
Ideally located between Lorient (city of sailing) and Concarneau, many walks are available to you (Ile de Groix, the Glénan Archipelago, the painting exhibitions of Pont-Aven...)

Le logement est top, très bien équipé, et d'une propreté irréprochable.La literie est très confortable, il est difficile de trouver un point négatif dans cette maison.Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir /à faire dans les environs.Bref, un séjour trop court, nous allons devoir y revenir.Merci encore pour tout Cécile !
