High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, private TV, fan, underfloor heating throughout, and step-free access ensure comfort. Families will find 2 baby beds, 1 high chair, and shared toys and books.

Smoking is only permitted outside. Quiet hours from 11 pm to 6 am. Commercial photo or film shoots are prohibited.



The hosts live on site but not in your accommodation. Cleaning service is available for an extra charge. Check-in from 2 pm, earlier on request; check-out by 11 am. The lake is just a 10-minute walk away and is ideal for sailing, paddling, and cycling.
