KEYS CORALLO: APARTMENT ON TWO LEVELS NEAR THE SEA!!

Located 50 meters from the beach in Marina di Modica, the apartment offers direct access to the beach on foot via a pedestrian walkway reserved for our guests. Keys Corallo is a two-level apartment. On the first floor, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring all appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils; a dining room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for two people; a bathroom with a shower; and a laundry area with a washing machine. From the main veranda, furnished with a small table and outdoor sofas, you can access the apartment through the kitchen area; on the opposite side, there is another entrance to the house with a small balcony featuring a sink and an outdoor shower reserved for guests staying in the apartment. On the upper level is the sleeping area, featuring a master bedroom with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the sea; a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a single sofa bed; and a second bathroom with a shower. Both the sleeping areas and the living area are air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available. The property overlooks the garden and the inner courtyard; from there, the center of Marina di Modica is just a 100-meter walk away, where you’ll find essential amenities such as bars, restaurants, a convenience store, and a bakery.

The beach at Marina di Modica, with its golden sand, is ideal for children and is freely accessible; however, it is also served by three beach clubs offering umbrella and lounge chair rentals, bars, restaurants, showers, and water sports equipment.

The Vendicari Nature Reserve is located 38 km from the Cathedral of Noto; 15 km from the historic center of Modica; and 25 km from Ragusa Ibla.
