Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Link provided to check in did not work waiting and stranded in the street for 1.5 hrs waiting for a response from property management . As a result of link not working, we had no way in which to exit the property for re entry. We left and had to get a hotel elsewhere; management refused refund.
