AUTUMN SPECIAL (September - December)

Just 30 minutes from the beaches of Chiavari and Portofino, away from the summer crowds and close to the ski slopes of Santo Stefano d'Aveto. Perfect for chestnut and mushroom festivals, hiking, and walks among the colorful Ligurian foliage, with trails reaching up to 1,800 meters on Mount Maggiorasca, Mount Caucaso, and Mount Ramaceto.



Sleeping within walls from the 1500s and 1600s is a unique experience. Ca’ dei Gruppi is Ivo and Maria’s family home, lovingly restored and inhabited for generations: fireplaces, a wood-fired oven, and all the charm of ancient Liguria await you in the Ligurian hinterland.



This 350 sqm villa spans 3 floors in a building dating partly to the 14th and partly to the 16th century, fully renovated. It accommodates up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, and a second fireplace in the tavern. Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, TV in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, children’s games, baby cot, and fitness equipment are provided.



Outside: large private garden with slate table, wood-fired oven and stove, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, and balconies overlooking the hills, beautiful in autumn colors.



4 shared parking spaces, electric charging station, and storage for motorcycles and bicycles. Pets allowed for an extra fee. No smoking. Tennis court 15 minutes’ walk away.



The coast—Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante, Rapallo, Santa Margherita, and Portofino—is easily reached. Genoa is close by. The Cinque Terre are accessible by train from Sestri Levante or by boat. Ca’ dei Gruppi awaits you!
