Enjoy chestnut and mushroom festivals, hikes and walks amid Ligurian autumn colours, reach 1,800 m on Mount Maggiorasca, explore Mount Caucaso and Mount Ramaceto or head to the Riviera for a swim.



Sleeping within 16th-/17th-century walls is a unique experience. Ca' dei Gruppi is Ivo and Maria's lovingly renovated family home: fireplaces, a wood-fired oven and the spirit of old Liguria await you.



This 350 m² villa spans 3 floors in a fully renovated building with 14th- and 16th-century sections. It sleeps up to 7 in 4 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms. Equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and another fireplace in the tavern room. Wi-Fi, workspace, TV in every bedroom, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, children's games, cot and fitness equipment.



Outside: private 800 m² garden with a slate table, wood-fired oven and stoves, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces and balconies overlooking the hills.



4 shared parking spaces, an EV charging point and motorcycle and bicycle storage. Pets welcome for an extra fee. No smoking. Tennis court a 15-minute walk away.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns die ruhige Lage und die schöne Aussicht gefallen – perfekt zum Entspannen.
