The hotel smelled like cigarettes the moment we walked in. The bedding was stained, the bathroom had hair in it, and mold on the shower wall. The booking was non-refundable. The television did not work upon arrival. When the front desk was notified of it, the employee said they knew it worked because they “heard it yesterday” and “we can’t charge you because there’s not a card on file.”

I called and asked for a handicap room and was told no problem we get there and the room was on the 3rd floor.. the shower curtain had mold on it. The room smelled like mold so we went and bought candles. Roaches were on the baseboard. I've stayed at this location the last 4 years, and want be back..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed here for a work trip and had a great experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and matched the photos perfectly. The staff was friendly and made check-in super easy. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was close by. It was quiet, relaxing, and perfect after long workdays. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town for work!
