Across from the University of South Alabama this comfortable and tastefully decorated is the home for you. Three bedrooms sleeps 7 people with a roll away bed in the game room. The living room is spacious along with the open kitchen and dining area. Outside offers plenty of parking and outdoor seating and a charcoal grill. There are restaurants all around and the Mitchell Center and football stadium is in walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped and the home includes a washer and dryer. No parties or events.

We had a good stay. The house was well stocked & overall. The yard was large & peaceful. Convenient location. The only issue was that the online listing showed one room having a king-size bed, but it did not. The largest beds at the property were queen-size beds.
