Room was absolutely filthy and had a cat urine for smell to it. Bathroom water pressure was strong at the sink which leaked everywhere yet the shower water pressure was very low.

This hotel is gross. Not cleaned. 2 joining rooms. Both were super gross. Sticky floors (including the carpet). Both rooms stunk SO bad however 1 especially bad. Many dishes were dirty. Hair all over the floor tile and the bathrooms. Doors had splash marks of something gross (all the doors in both rooms). I wiped down the rooms as they were noticeably not clean and it took 4 wash clothes dirty AF. So gross. No keys available however that is a tech issue and wasn't a negative on our end. Front desk was slow however that could have been all the elderly folks checking in and having their own basic tech issues. Lol- all good! Breakfast only has Styrofoam plates!!!!! OMG! It is 2025, do you not understand that is pure poison??? Literally cancer, then you put a hot item on the cancer plate. Insanity. Most states ban Styrofoam- get with the program. Breakfast ingredients where pretty crappy- IE the whipped cream had 6-8 ingredients including cancer causing s#it. I have never seen whipped cream like that b4. Must be the cheapest crap available. Positives- Breakfast has better than usual options- I mean it is not the Embassy but better than like the Holiday Inn. Health wise they have a clean yogurt option and fresh blueberries. The juices where 100% juice, so that is something. We will not stay here again nor in Mobile when passing through between Texas and Florida. Mobile in general did not have great options for food, water refills (think 3 gal stainless steel jugs), groceries)

The lay out of the rooms were very nice for our young family. We loved having a kitchenette since we had to stay in town for several days with a toddler. The silverware in the room claimed to be clean, but wasn't. We were able to wash them ourselves so it wasn't anything to complain about. The pillows for the pull out couch were also dirty and yellowed, but we brought our own bedding for the kids. Though we wish the cleaning could have been a little more detailed we were able to fix the issues we had in our room ourselves. All the staff we met were extremely nice and the location was great for us. The lady that was taking care of the breakfast area did a great job keeping things there clean and fresh so that was perfect for grab and go food.
