Great Location and Quiet Neighborhood

I rented this property to attend USA's Homecoming and this was an absolute great location to the school, downtown, and other surrounding areas. The Master bed was very comfortable and overall the house was nice. Ms. Janet greeted me with a very warm welcome and was nice throughout the stay. I will rebook if available on my next visit!

This property is very clean and extremely comfortable as well as conveniently located close to everything including the USA college campus. We had a little hiccup but the owner was available right away to fix it. Great communication and I highly recommend staying here. Would stay again! Thank you!

Exactly what we were looking for

Moved a family member to Mobile just after the holidays, and we were looking for someplace that we could stay and have more flexibility than a hotel. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Neighborhood was quiet, and communication with the host was easy and quick. Property is older, but it's had a nice refresh, and we were very comfortable. We'll definitely look at staying there when we visit the area again.

Nice location

Comfortable home with plenty of room for family dinners and playing games. Beds were comfy. The only complaint I have is the kitchen could be a little better stocked (we did a lot of cooking) Wine glasses, kitchen strainer and measuring cups were needed. There was some pretty china and that was nice especially with it being Christmas. I would stay here again.

A quiet, convenient home in Mobile

The house was well stocked with amenities. My kids particularly appreciated the books that were available. It had a great yard for our dog. There were ceiling fans in every room and the AC worked greaDishwasher and laundry were nice to have as well. I expected it to be a bit cleaner; it was not filthy or unclean, but it could used one more sweep through. In fairness, we did book the home very last minute.

Cleanliness.

Not very clean. The vacuum didn't work. The laundry was in washer and dryer when we got there. The cleaners were just leaving when we got there to check in. Location was ok. Wasn't the owners fault, but neighbors put on roof at 6 a.m and blared their music. The houses are super close to each other. If you have high standards for cleanliness this is not the house. And a bit outdated.
