The house has potential

House was nice but it needs some work done on it to bring to it’s full potential

Not worth the money

The key was supposed to be left under the mat, the key wasn't there but the door was unlocked and the key was on the table inside. Quite scary walking into a house at night with no lights on. The house itself needs a lot of work and could use a good cleaning floor to ceiling. Besides the house not being in good shape and dirty there were roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only good thing I can say was the AC was cold and the water was hot, cannot say I would stay there again.

House could have potential just wasn’t ready yet

Fan in the master bedroom couldn’t turn on as you could not pull the string. Outlets in most rooms aren’t functioning as they are old and the plugs fall out. shower-head in master was pretty gross. towels and washcloths were very cheap and thin. Saw a washer but no dryer. Not sure if the washer was even hooked up. Very small TV in the living room didn’t seem like it was hooked up to anything you had to enter your personal stuff on the apps in order to watch anything. The living room only had a small couch for two people. There was no microwave, no paper towels, no dishwasher and no garbage bags. The floors were not really clean throughout the house. Fireplace was boarded up. Not sure if it’s due to it hasn’t been used or what. One of the bedrooms they converted in the garage did not even have fitted sheets on. It only had a comforter.
