Overall, this a great place to stay for both business and leisure travellers. The motel and apartments are kept very clean and have all the ammenities needed for a comfortable stay. Yes, in some areas the rooms are agreeing to show they age, and a fresh coat of paint and a few new fittings will really make this the best place to date in the area - but for the price, you really can’t beat it! A couple of minor things to note include - the tv has limits channels (due to some weak signals coming in, but I have found this issue across a few places in the area), along with some average mobile phone coverage in the rooms (again, something I have found across a number of places in the area). This is my choice when staying in the area.

2 bedroom apartments are very large and have everything you need to have a self contained stay. Shower was hot and powerful, there was a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is only serviced once a week so don’t expect housekeeping every day.
