Everything was great, first I was unsure about the Murphy bed, but actually it was easy to use and made the room spacious when folded up. The kitchen was awesome.

**This is a Timeshare, not the typical resort you’d think of for those who’ve been outside of the US to Mexico etc. It’s more akin to a nice hotel than it is a resort without the typical pushyness of purchasing a timeshare. The only mention I had of it was a little postcard on the counter in the room, and when I asked about housekeeping. The good: A great stay if you’re coming through as a family, single, or couple. The amenities are nice as well as the rooms, having the electric fireplace in the room was clutch on one of the cold nights we had. Came with all the utensils as well as pots and pans you need to be able to cook if you want to have a night in! Easy checkin process, very quiet, and if you need anything the staff is quick to respond if you text them. The “resort “ is right off of the highway coming in to Moab so it’s very easy access in and out. Small gym with just the right amount of equipment to get a workout in. Breakfast is included despite what some things listed online say, which is a plus if you don’t want to spend extra every morning for food. The Bad: Breakfast was horrible. We had cold food at 730 when we went down to eat, and breakfast opened at 7. For the price point and vibe the resort gives, I’d expect more than what was available for breakfast plus the food being hot. WiFi is not free, I want to say it was 50$ so I’d recommend bringing your own hotspot. There is NO housekeeping, it’s a timeshare so be aware of that.

Nice resort but may show wear in near future

Studio suite is small but made it work. Loved having washer/ dryer in room. Pool and hot tub were great. Gym pretty good too.

My wife and I booked two nights at WorldMark and were very satisfied. The room was very clean and check-in was easy. We had a full kitchen with everything we needed including pots, pans, soap, and dishes. There was also a washer and dryer, which was convenient. The location was perfect for visiting Arches National Park.

Great location to explore arches, downtown and canyonlands. Breakfast just didn’t taste right. Stayed 3 nights and ate out for 2 days even though breakfast was free. Murphy bed, not comfortable. Nice to have washer and dryer in room. Nice kitchen and bath.

We stayed in a presidential suite and it was just what we needed to relax after long days of hiking. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, nice living room area and the bathroom was amazing, outfitted with his and hers sinks, a deep tub and separate shower. It felt like coming home and was so quiet! The bed was super comfy and we liked how roomy the unit was. They have a nice pool and places to picnic/grill too! I would definitely stay here again! Only complaint would be the breakfast. Not options we were interested in. The oatmeal was cold and lumpy and the coffee wasn’t even hot. The other hot and cold options just didn’t look appealing to us. We found good food down the road at Gloria’s and Jailhouse Cafe. Many options available in town.

Moab great location.

Booked a presidential suite. Amenities were great! View from room was not great but the inside was really nice and big. Loved the modern kitchen and large bath and the washer and dryer. Had free breakfast which was nothing special, but was free! Nice pool as well after a long hot day of adventures.

BEWARE: I booked and paid for a presidential suite months in advance to celebrate my wife’s birthday in Moab. The day after the last day to cancel reservation, I received a call from “extra holiday” to inform me my suite was not available and I would be downgraded. 2 days before arrival I felt Stuck. The downgrade was to a studio that didn’t even have a proper bed. We had to move furniture to pull a bed down out of a wall cabinet. Despite the property and staff being good, it was impossible to overcome the room and the feeling of being shorted the experience we had planned. Hard not to feel like this was a bait and switch that we fell victim to with our booking. We thought we had booked a resort hotel on Expedia. Turned out it was a Wyndham time share managed by a company called Extra Holiday, which was not anywhere in the listing or confirmation. We will be diligent to avoid property managed by Extra Holiday/Worldmark / Wyndham in the future and I am considering reporting this to FTC to find out if others have had this experience too. Also not sure what has changed at Expedia, their best solutions to make this right was to tell me they could not do anything about vendor’s policies. I travel monthly and will be exploring alternate ways to book my travel in the future.
