They only saving grace was that the staff were really nice. Bed was really uncomfortable. Very firm without any give. Woke up cold in the middle of the night because thermostat automatically dropped. No heat in bathroom. Hot tub was lukewarm. No in room coffee makers or refrigerators- there is a separate community space in second floor with coffee and communal fridge.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, including the room. Our only qualm was with the lighting. There just wasn’t enough light in the room or the bathroom, with these rooms being “cabin style”. There was also no fridge in the room, but there was one in the hallway that everyone could use.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful room even if the walls aloud us to hear our neighbor's a little to clearly, but it stayed quite most the time. The bed was extremely comfortable. Hot tub and pool were nice and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful:)

Very friendly and helpful front desk and bar staff. Clean and fresh property, lobby, room, and common spaces. The room is aesthetically pleasing and has a great vibe-HOWEVER-the functionality isn’t great. Lighting is poor, no storage or places to hang anything. The bathroom doors are hard to close and offer zero privacy when you want and need it most. Nowhere to put items in the bathroom. Even rolling storage drawers under the vanity would gel and maybe 3 hooks? And a small chest of drawers or couple shelves under the long desk would make a stay so much nicer. You literally have to live out of your suitcase. I didn’t even mind the communal coffee/microwave/fridge in the hallway-but gosh storage and organization options would have gave it a 5.
