We chose this hotel because they had a restaurant. I checked the hours and we arrived hours before they were slated to close. They said the restaurant wasn't open because they didn't have enough customers. Then we got to the room and we could hear the people below us very loudly. The hotel provided earplugs so it looks like they get this complaint a lot. Overall pretty bummed considering the price and good reviews. We usually stay at other flagship hotels but I decided to take a risk and try this one. The furniture and design is modernized but overall it hasn't been a great experience. It looks pretty but fails to deliver a solid hospitality experience.
