Room was comfortable. First thing we saw was a long black hair in the sink’s counter. We arrived late, we tried to ask for a late checkout. They told us they would charge $75 dollars if we stay after 10 am. We stayed there before and we really liked it. This time around it felt very corporate and not as friendly and easy going than before.

Parking area was good until Friday evening when there were zero parking spaces when we got back from dinner. Also, they want you to tip for how clean your room is when you arrive. Then you have to order room service a day in advance and pay $25.00. Makes no sense. Never had to pay extra for toilet paper, tissue or clean towels on a 4 night stay. Enjoyed the morning hot coffee and availability of washer and dryers.

This was delightful to stay in. It’s a little tucked outside the walking area of Moab, but it was quiet and very peaceful. Ample parking and the staff was so helpful with recommendations. Would definitely recommend if you want something more on the quieter side.

No carpets so noisy. First room was next to ice machine. Extremely noisy starting at 4:30 am as sportsters were getting ready for the day. We were able to change rooms after first night and the rest of the stay was much better.

I would give 5 stars to the staff and 0 stars to the management of this hotel. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was decent and usually fast, and the rooms were clean. About the hotel management: We had to change rooms because the 1st room we got was a transformed utility room, located a few feet from the hotel exit, next to the ice machine and 2 microwaves. The loud noise of people going in and out, breaking the ice, and using microwaves kept us up all night. The shower curtains were so short that the entire bathroom floor turned into a pool. Other rooms were actually fine, but moving 2 times during a 1-week stay is not convenient. The 2nd problem was the construction project that the hotel management decided to do during the last weeks of the busy season. It was loud and could wait a few weeks until November, when most of the activities stop and hotels are no longer full. I could understand if it was structurally urgent but the loud project was replacing the panels outside the windows (on the siding).
