Moab Retreat House - South Side
MOAB RETREAT HOUSE is a large duplex with 3,000 Sq. ft, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on each side. The SOUTH SIDE has 4 bedrooms; all 4 have queen beds. In addition, there are 5 twin beds and 1 full sized bed in the family room downstairs. There is 1 couch that would be suitable for one person, and it has a wet bar in the lower family room with microwave and small fridge. Laundry facilities are in the basement, and there are shared washer & dryers in the garage. It has outdoor patio and a covered deck to relax outside and BBQ. Off street parking available for up to 4 vehicles and garage can be utilized to store bikes or recreation equipment. We are ideal for family getaways, retreats, or multi-family vacations.
You have exclusive access to the South Side of the duplex, which includes a private fenced backyard. Garage and driveway is shared between both sides of the home. Max of 12 guests and 4 cars per reservation allowed. Garage is available for your recreational equipment and includes laundry facilities. Additional laundry also in the basement of the home.
Each guest is given a personalized entry code for their reservation. You may self-check-in any time after 4pm unless prior arrangements are made. We can be reached in the event any questions arise during your stay!
In quiet neighborhood toward the top of a hill. Great views of the red rocks of Moab from all sides of the home. There is a strict noise ordinance in Moab which requires all outdoor activity to cease at 10:00 pm. Thank you for complying with this ordinance.
Close proximity to many desirable destinations! Reach the middle of town in a 3 minute drive, Colorado River Road 4 minutes, Visitor's Center of Arches National Park 5 minutes, Canyonlands National Park in 30 minutes, & Needles area of Canyonlands National Park is 45 minutes from the house.
