The room was decent size and bed comfortable but smelled like cleaning product, had a slippery bathroom floor, and multiple flies. Coffee and front office was not open at 7am as noted so we went without as had already dropped keys in dropbox so couldn't go back to room to make our own. Good location to walk around downtown area and drive to the 2 national parks nearby.

We were not informed upon arrival that we needed to contact guest services to request cleaning for the following day. When we arrived earlier, we were told the room would not be ready until 4 p.m., so we returned at 6 p.m. At that time, we noticed there was only shampoo for one person even though there were three of us, and the room had a noticeable amount of dust. The staff member we spoke with was polite and courteous, but it would have been helpful to receive clear information about the cleaning service in advance, especially since we stayed for two nights.

I came away from There with head lice, the closest door wouldn’t open or shut, the bathroom vent turned on but everything fogged up and was extremely wet and slippery and I just had my hamstring reattached. I will not be recommending this property at all and you front desk person never smiled or looked like she wanted to be there. She seemed to not care about us or our needs.
