Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Hotel not ready.

We booked this hotel two months in advance and when we arrived at the hotel in Moab, it was not open. It was still under construction and noone notified us that the hotel would not be ready. We had to scramble to find another room which cost us more money.
