Room was good, staff was ok… Room service request is taken only through a paper you hang out of the door that too before 9 am, even if you tell them during checkin that you need room service every day.. weird… even after that small things like soap bars were not refilled. Breakfast was good but things were regularly getting empty and not filled unless someone asks for it.. They ran out of egg pan cakes before one hour of the breakfast regular time ends.. Front Desk ladies were also not so welcoming as you expect during checkin… its Christmas , smile and spread some joy. Only one elevator was working with no board saying other one is out of order. Pool is seasonal, which was not clear during booking.. Location was good, very close to arches, but would prefer other options if I revisit.
