This property is an older property in the heart of Moab. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, decent bathroom, furniture is tired looking. We liked that it was quiet and more suited to adult guests.

Nice, clean, spacious room near shopping and dining. It’s on the main road through town so it gets a bit loud at night but earplugs are provided to help with that.

Great Place in Town

We stayed in the apartment unit for our vacation. Holy cow, we were blown away by the amount of space the 5 of us had. The kitchen and bathrooms are a great size! The three queen and two twin beds let all of us have our own beds. Everything was so clean and it was great to have a dryer and washer in the unit. They really pay attention to details with sanitizing wipes for remotes, supplies, and ear plugs! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to so much 😃

This is a wonderful place to stay!

I was sceptical of all the very positive reviews. However, after checking in, my scepticism evaporated. The staff was very friendly, even recommending places to dine. My room was very quiet, and I didn't need the earplugs that were supplied due to the closeness of traffic. I was impressed at the cleanliness, not only in my room, but the entire grounds. Supplying bike cleaning rags was an added bonus. I was on a 30 day motorcycle tour during my stay. Next time I stay in Moab, it will be at the Bowen

I would stay here again

I was really frightened at first because there was like four motorcycles out my front door and they were sitting around drinking a beer on chairs and I thought oh boy this is gonna be loud because they were also repairing their bikes. But then around nine, they started blasting their music and I hadn’t really slept in three days thankfully they stopped about 11 and I was able to get a great night sleep. The hotel itself is extremely nice for a very low price and it’s super clean and comfortable.

Great reviews for a reason!

This hotel gets great reviews for a reason. I've never seen a friendlier staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near a major road (convenient!) so they include earplugs and calming tea in case some guests are bothered. I'm pretty sensitive to noise, but the road noise wasn't bad. Some guests left around 4AM, probably to head to the nearby national park, and they were noisier than they needed to be, but hotels can't control whether guests choose to be considerate of others or self-centered jerks. Overall this was an excellent hotel. Note that it is not a fancy place, but it is a clean, well maintained place to get some sleep during your stay in the area. Close to local shopping, and free laundry facilities!
