No common gathering area. No door mats so gritty floors even after removing shoes because the parking lot was dirt and not paved. The glass shower door was not in a track so would swing dangerously. The overhead lights were burnt out. There are no coverings over high windows to block the light and have privacy from the upper levels of the adjacent hotel. One fridge would freeze all of the food and didn't adjust. The loft area beds were simply thin mattresses on the floor and very uncomfortable. There is no way to communicate with staff on-site so so no way to get fresh towels or garbage emptied. Parking is unclear so cars were parking in weird places in front of each cabin. There is nowhere to sit except two folding chairs. The extra guest fee was exorbitant on top of the taxes and fees which nearly doubled the cost of the 'advertised' stay. I would not recommend this place at all. I chose this hoping that it would allow our whole family to spend time together but it simply didn't allow us to gather anywhere. I regret the choice and wish I had stayed downtown. I could have paid for two hotel rooms and saved money. Really disappointed.

Pictures are deceiving on site- the family suite does NOT have a kitchen table or oven. It does have two mini fridges and a microwave. The code to get into your room is LONG- like 7 digits. Beware you get three tries then you are locked out- staff was very helpful to get new code right away. Waking up the keypad was our issue. The street lights from the hotel parking lot really do shine bright into the bedroom. Bring an eye mask. There is no way to avoid the bright lights. It was very clean and comfortable.

Room very nice clean quiet location good for big family travel together. I wish they will be have some rug outside of door because we was hiked all day and I feel bad to bring all sand inside the room . Hardly recommend to stay in the place.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. There were a couple little hiccups. We had a hard time finding it, because the sign does not say “Arches Hut”, it says “Scenic View Inn” and the huts are next to the inn (assuming all one ownership). Parking was also confusing. When we arrived, cars were parked on both sides of our assigned hut. Inside the hut, there was facial soap and makeup remover, but no hand soap. So we just used the face soap. Soap is soap. We found a watch, ring, and bracelet left behind by the previous guests - not sure how those were missed by the cleaning staff. They do provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in a dispenser in the shower along with towels and washcloths. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room. And a coffee maker. AC was nice and cool. Tall ceilings let lots of morning light in.

The property posts photos showing that these cabins are equipped with kitchens, but upon arrival we learned that only ONE cabin has a kitchen, and this is not our unit. The cabins also do not even have grills, so all the food we packed is going to go to waste, and we’re now going to have to waste money eating out the whole trip. We also found long, dark hairs on the bathroom sink and in one of the mini refrigerators. Extremely disappointing experience. NOTHING like the cabin experience we were hoping for.

We really enjoyed the cabin, the size of the beds and having 2 bathrooms. There was some minor maintenence issues with the toilet seats, and the floor could have been sweeped and mopped better. Overall though a good place to stay.

It was kind of tricky finding the place. I saw the huts but no sign for Arches Hut. There is a different hotel on same property. Confusing till we figured it out. The accommodations were very nice!!

Loved this place! Clean, accessible, and slept 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Only thing was the bright lights from the hotel across the street shined into the rooms all night which made it harder to sleep but other than that, it was wonderful.

We love the two bedroom unit perfect for us. We had an issue with ants in the hut was the only down fall. Otherwise it was a cute hut. Comfortable and the only other issue, should include the breakfast.

We never saw anyone with the property. Asked to have trash picked up and it never left the front of the hut. We stayed 3 days and would not ever stay here again. There is no hanging space or drawer space so our things were everywhere. The property could use maintenance on it for small things that will get worse as more people use the unit

Overall our stay was wonderful and we would come back. The hut was very clean when we arrived. The automated emails were a little clunky before we arrived but we didn't have any problems getting into the hut. We had one minor issue during the stay with our door code but we were able to get a very quick answer which made it a pleasant experience. Depending on the hut you are in (I believe the odd numbers) the back of your hut faces a hotel. The lights at night from the hotel will shine into your windows in the back bedroom but doesn't impact the rest of the hut. This didn't bother us but worth noting in case you like it completely dark while sleeping. Having two bathrooms is a nice feature. The loft is perfect for kids. Overall a great place to consider staying at.

Tiny House

We stayed one night and would stay again. The only downside to this property was there wasn’t a sitting area for eating or gathering. They did provide a couple of fold up chairs though. The hut was clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved having two bathrooms too. The loft was at the top of one of the rooms - so be ready to wake up with the kids! The second room had its on doors for privacy. I Parking was tight but doable. Also - I left my glasses and communication to get them shipped back was quick, easy and helpful.

Perfect for a quick weekend trip!

This was a super affordable and perfect spot for a quick weekend trip! Not in the heart of downtown but less than a 10 minute drive to downtown which was just as great! Super quiet, all basic amenities provided, clean and well kept.

We stayed in a tiny home for the first time. We were all surprised how nice it was. It fit our needs perfectly. It didn't have a kitchen. It sleeps 6 easily. 2 bathrooms was great for us. The bathrooms were fully equipped. The two king-sized beds were comfortable. There were two large screen TVs. The only thing missing was a large screen tv in the loft, but that wasn't needed. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.
