Pool & hot tub not working. Standing green water in the pool, this is a health hazard. Requested a 5 minute late checkout to complete a zoom meeting for work and the lady at the front desk denied my request. We were kicked out by the maid. While I was loading my bags the maid kept watching me to make sure I didn’t steal from her cart, very uncomfortable and bad customer service. Window sill was very dirty & dusty. Smell of musty air as we walked into the establishment. I will not recommend this place to my family and friends. I’d rather stay at Motel 6. 😡😡😡

First, we love the area, there is a lot to explore. To return to a nice room is nice. Then to add a nice pool to cool off and relax after exploring cannot be beat. The parking is very convenient. And very most of all is being pet friendly is very much appreciated. I cant say enough these things.

The pool was not functional. Closed independently. The staff was not very friendly or forthcoming with information (such as breakfast is from 7-9 only). The room card was demagnetized by being near the phone. Boiled eggs were frozen (mine had ice inside!). Very limited breakfast options, no fruit.
