The plumbing is terrible in this hotel. I left the water running for over 30 minutes trying to get hot water to wash my face and it never turned hot. Also, there were no soap or lotion or anything that usually comes in these rooms. The price that I’m quoted on Hotels.com was not accurate, they charged me another $40 at the hotel for my dog and it used to not be that expensive. I will not be staying here again and I used to be a regular customer for them.

We weren’t expecting much for a cheap stay, but this was the worst stay we have ever had. We had 2 rooms, for both, the toilets had urine on them, and the towels were stained yellow, brown, and red. The sheets were also stained. We weren’t expecting a massive selection for breakfast, but all there was, was 2 cereals, waffles, and a few pieces of bread, with jam and butter. No fruit, yogurt, eggs, selection of breads. We brought up the issues to a manager in the morning. She told us we should have stayed at the more expensive inn next door. Upon insisting that the cleanliness was a genuine issue, she said she would speak to housekeeping… not exactly a resolution. We have been travelling the last 2 weeks, staying at cheap inns every night, many cheaper than this place. Every other inn we stayed at was relatively clean, and had a much better breakfast. The fact that they think having urine on the toilets and towels with mystery stains is acceptable is honestly wild. We weren’t expecting perfection for a cheap stay, but we weren’t expecting something like this either, based on several cheaper stays we had over the last 2 weeks!

The room was ok. I mean the price was cheap so cant expect much but the pool/jacuzzi was non-op and half swamp. The staff was non existent and the complimentary breakfast was the worst ive seen at any hotel. That said it was ultra cheap and the rooms were decent.
