The property looks nothing like the photos. It’s very dated and dirty. Room was clean, but felt dirty. Walls need painted or at least cleaned. Dust on the baseboards that appears to never have been cleaned. The bedside tables need cleaned. The toilet ran our entire stay. Windows need to be cleaned. Rooms need to be updated. Property needs to be maintained as there is trash everywhere. Feels like a cheap seedy motel. Staff were friendly.

It's an older motel and in need of much work. But it was obvious that they are trying to make improvements though. Nice patio lights strung outside gave a sweet & comfortable glow. However a few garbage cans outside were overflowing so it took the attention away from the light. Inside, the rooms were clean but furniture was shabby. Large gap under door where light could shine in. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The bed's fitted sheet was too small thus would not stay in position under corner. The shower was a beautifully tiled stall. Overall i think I'd pay the extra $20. to stay At the Comfort Inn down the street.

Nice and spacious but dirty floors

This is actually a nice spacious spot and I was impressed until I realized how dirty the floors were. It makes me wonder then how clean was the room. I got the impression it was spot checked nothing more. When we first entered it had a strong cleaning chemical Oder so we had to vent the place. I would have brought this to managements attention but no one was available when we checked out. Other then that I might book again if something else wasn’t available.

The property says it has no smoking rooms but lets people smoke right next to there room with chairs for you by the rooms. Not the friendliest motel managers or owner. Hung up on Expedia when tried to resolve the issue and didn’t offer any compensation for dealing with smokers for four days. Had to leave the motel for the day while we were there so we didn’t inhale any second hand smoke. Would not suggest this motel for a stay if you don’t smoke.

We enjoyed the staff, very helpful! Love the convenience of a motel when unloading! The outside garbage cans overflowing sure took away from the experience! The bed was great!

Older property that will do overnight.

Would enjoy smart TVs so I can cast some watchable media and a fridge with a freezer compartment to keep my ice containers usable the next day in my cooler on the road. Appreciated the keurig brewer in a.m.. Missed a microwave to warm anything up. Does have an ice machine on property. Clean rooms in an older property. They are decently furnished; the pillows were too hard and mattress for this traveler, but the linens are clean! It's a well reviewed motel; a bit harder for an older traveler to appreciate the quaintness and slightly dirty doirmars with hair tangles. A funky vibe, but ok cost in an inflated price era for a place to sleep over. Hair and soap amenities were supplied too.

Arun, the person at the office, was most helpful. He helped me correct a booking error and made sure everything was taken care of. He was exceptional and I would not hesitate to book a room at Adventure Inn any time I am in the area.

I appreciate the remodeled rooms on this old inn, however, it smelt really weird and the old air-conditioning unit was super loud. It was clean. The bed was too soft for me. But it was one of the less expensive motels in Moab. It definitely showed its age with the slanting floor in the bathroom. If I had to stay there again, I would, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The floor was super slanted. The shower curtain was dirty and stained. There was only boiling hot water--no warm or lukewarm OR COLD. Staff was not present at check in or check out. Parking was difficult. The pillows were super lumpy and thick. There were cockroaches outside the room, but not inside. And there was no bottled water or water fountains. NOT WORTH IT even if you’re trying to save a few bucks!!
