Not a resort. Very uncomfortable and not accommodating. Does not come with towels. Book with the hotel instead. It’s worth a great experience

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean but as a Westerner, the beds are too had an uncomfortable and the pillows are flat. TVs should be updated where customers can BlueTooth to the TV for streaming (not everyone speaks Japanese or wants to watch Japanese television). Shower head/water pressure feels like you are being pelted with needles. Dryer function on washing machine does not work well so be prepared to air dry which takes a long time. Otherwise, very centrally located and we completely enjoyed our stay.
