In winter, you’re just a few minutes away from the KitzSki Kitzbühel / Pass Thurn ski area—easily accessible by ski bus or car. The Kitzbühel Alps Panoramic Cable Car is just a short ride away and takes you directly to the ski area. Cross-country skiers, winter hikers, and toboggan enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy.

In summer, fantastic hiking trails, bike paths, and mountain bike routes await right on your doorstep. Explore the Hohe Tauern National Park, take day trips to the Krimml Waterfalls, or relax at the nearby swimming lakes. The 18-hole Mittersill golf course is also very close by.
