The location is ideal all year round. The ski bus, which takes you directly to the Kitzbühel ski area, stops just 300 meters away. In winter, you can also go tobogganing or cross-country skiing. In summer, the surrounding nature invites you to explore beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails.
