Ashley at the front desk was amazing… Super helpful and friendly and gave us a nice tour of the facility… We enjoyed our stay it was a very basic room and had everything we needed. It’s an older hotel that could use some TLC The Hot Springs pools looked enticing… We didn’t have time to use them but that would have been cool.

Staff was very friendly and the room a main areas were clean. We enjoyed a lovely soak in the two tubs on one of our days. Breakfast was great - waffle bar and make your own egg muffins. Loved the area and really enjoyed our hike to Jerry Johnson Hot Springs!!

The customer service was terrible. I made a reservation for two nights but then called and cancelled the first night. When we got there the next day they said I never canceled the first night which I for sure did and they gave our room away and charged me $300! And they were rude about it.
