Part of their sign that says “Stone Creek Lodge” on the hotel was out and not lite in red. I was immediately worried about what we were going into. There was a homeless woman in the parking lot, who had a wheelchair and appeared she was about to fall over when she eventually stood. The guy at the front to check us in was dry. Not much personality or friendly. Didn’t give many details about where our room was, where pool is/hours, anything. There was also a $50 hold placed on my card incase any damage, smoking in room etc. That is FINE. I understood. It’s common procedure, why wasn’t I informed a hold would be placed on my card for MULTIPLE days?!?! Room was fine. We liked the layout. Good size. Needed updates and I found trash in bathroom that wasn’t picked up.

Clean room coffee in morning was luke warm sheets on rhe bed were starchy and stiff, the top sheet pulled out in the middle of night and covers would fall off due to being to small for the bed with that thick of mattress for the cost of a room I would not recomend this hotel
