Brand new ADU Apartment in the historic U-District, located across the street from campus. The location and views are tough to beat in this newly completed apartment with easy access to both downtown and campus. The spacious, well-stocked kitchen has both a dining table and large island. Get a good nights sleep in a cozy bed with high-end linens. The beautiful bedroom also contains an ideal set up for remote work with a desk by the window that overlooks campus and the Sapphire Range.

We offer contactless check-in. However, we are available to interact with our guests as much as they would like. We are passionate about all western Montana has to offer and happy to share our recommendations.

The historic University district contains beautiful older homes nestled in large tree lined streets. Perfect for taking stroll or an easy walk to the hip strip or downtown.

With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
