Great amenities and well priced for an overnight stay. Good quality touches such as tea and coffee, kettle, Yeti cooler, bathroom toiletries, new towels and great quality linen. Good location to town but on edge so not noisy at all.

The entire hotel was incredibly clean and it was very easy to get checked in and settled. Was definitely interesting not having any lobby staff on property, but they do a great job of explaining how to get into your room and we’re very timely and sending all necessary key codes that we needed. We would definitely stay there again, as it was an incredibly unique hotel experience!

Downtown Missoula is quite walkable - generally speaking. We stayed here while attending a concert at Griz and it was a half hour walk there and back. This was also a good central location for exploring the shops and restaurants downtown. The room had all the amenities we could have wanted and working AC!

The code we were given didn’t work, and with no one at the entrance, we had a bit of a hard time getting ahold of someone to give us a new code. But the room was great and really clean. Would stay again.

Nice mountain vibe at the property. Comfortable beds, clean room. The yeti cooler in the room is a great idea for extended stays. Be aware that the Mountain View rooms do not have a balcony. Book a room with a balcony, we used it a lot. Great location to walk to venues downtown and the river. We will stay here again when in Missoula. Picture is a view from our balcony.

Great people. We got their at 8 am after a night of travel, they found us a room as quickly as the cleaning crews could get one. Awsome amenities, nice bikes to use, cooler for picnic, and fun room. My family had fun talking to the staff at the café while i was working. They want to go back.

Will Stay here again! Really nice clean quiet comfy beds in a good location. Coffee at Unravel was amazeballs! Break sando A+. Just fyi no clerk after a certain time so that was a little on me for not checking the emails properly but the contact person answered my call in good time. The hammock in the room was a fun touch!! Really liked this hotel!

Quick check in and door code access. We were immediately met by the cleaning crew, what a great group! Happy and welcoming. We grabbed a coffee at Unravel, once again amazing service and helpful info. The hotel is a new rebrand and is very well appointed. Very clean room. A/C worked great. Easy walk to all things downtown. Many people complained about the homeless but we never saw or encountered anyone near the hotel. We will stay again. Thank you for hospitality!!

The rooms were very tidy and clean. Its a great place to stay for the traveling adventurer. The rooms had great storage for bikes, skis, etc. There was even a small table to sit at. However check in was beyond frustrating. Since Gravity Haus is strictly electronic run, there was confusion arouns how to complete our check in and how to access the building. They could be much better about giving more detailed instructions for guests upon arrival, as there reallt isn't a front desk area and the customer care number takes you directly to an AI bot.

Extremely loud road very close to hotel. Slamming doors, no staff in hotel,only cafe next door Would only recommend one night. Guests love to slam doors and genuinely unaware or others. Beware if you are sensitive to loud noise.
