I stay here for business often as it is close to my associates and the highway. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I once had a flight cancellation and walked in with no reservation at the last minute - they saw how tired and frustrated I was and put me up in one of their best rooms. This place has always treated me well.

Ok but Needs Some Work on Service

The hotel was fine, the breakfast lacked a little, the eggs had peppers in them ( not allergy friendly) and there was no bacon. Our biggest complaint was that on the weekend they blocked off the parking lot and were charging $20 for people to park for the University football game and left NO parking spots for hotel guests. If you are paying to stay in the hotel priority dhould be given to something that is included in your stay. When we compained at the front desk they just acted dumbfounded and said they had no idea what to do.

A topnotch hotel experience. Wonderful ADA room with remote control shades. Excellent check in with front desk attendant named Luna. Room was clean, well appointed and unlike the other 5 hotels we stayed at on the trip the breakfast was really good! They serve Drum coffee which was tasty. Easy walk to the off leash dog park along the river. Would definitely return here.

This isn’t an ordinary hotel experience, it was impeccably clean, with an outstanding breakfast menu and amenities that went above and upon the norm including a cozy fire pit, yard games, like cornhole, hiking trail access from property along the river, locally sourced teas and bikes for their guests for free.

On the mediocre side

No staff present while three guests were waiting to check in for 5 minutes. The room was fine. The pictures of the exterior were really nice. In reality, it is in a bit of gungy neighborhood. Room was clean and fresh. But it was very ordinary and dated. We were disappointed in our choice.

Just a short walk from campus and an Albertsons. The bed was comfy, and the breakfast was wonderful! The only “downside” would be that this hotel is sandwiched between two “lesser” hotels - but that’s their problem I guess.
