Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Under its current condition, I would not recommend this property.The issues started at check-in. I had to contact the owner after the check-in time had already passed to get the access code. Normally, that information is provided beforehand without the guest having to ask for it.The home was also very poorly equipped. There were essentially no pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, or basic kitchen supplies. We had planned to cook some meals during our stay, but instead had to eat out for every meal, which added unexpected cost to our trip.The property appeared to still be under construction or renovation. The backyard had construction debris, painting equipment, and supplies scattered around. The inside was not as clean as expected either. The fridge was dirty, and the showers were dirty, one shower was missing a shower curtain, and several beds were simply mattresses sitting on the floor without frames.The house has potential, but it does not feel ready to be rented in its current condition. These issues should either be corrected or clearly disclosed to guests before booking.
