"When I reached hotel yesterday Afternoon around 2 PM, I was told that there is no reservation for our 3 rooms. After repeated requests & also confirming the reservation over phone after booking, the hotel person said there is no room available in that property & said he can give only in another place where the building is very old, no lift. The rooms he gave us in a different property is not like a hotel. It is totally a lodge with 4 rooms in the terrace with an iron structure staircase. Fortunate there was a person over there to lift the baggage thru the stairs. I never book in this hotel again."

"The property is very old and the maintenance is poor no hot water no proper power and till the hotel car or bus is not going and even if I book the room bo proper reception "
