Book a cozy 2 room 44 m2 apartment with a superb location only half a block from the seaside and only three block away from the main street.
The apartment is in a silent neighbourhood and has a confortable temperature in summer.
The apartment has a big living room, a full bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room.
The living room has two single beds separated by a foldable screen from the dining table, cupboard and six chairs. In the living room you will also a TV with a cable connection.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer & microwave. The laundry room can be used to wash towels and bathing suits and other garments. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub, bidet and vanitory.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a big closet, two light tables and chest. In the living room you will also a TV with a cable connection.
I have also a car parking slot in a nearby half a block distance from the apartment building.
Getting to the seaside is very easy, you can use either the stairs or the elevator to get to ground floor, and the beach is just half a block from the building, where you will find the Sol II and Tiburon beaches.
An Ancar supermarket is also just a block from the apartment, just in case you want to buy things to eat and others.
