I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at the WoodSpring Suites in Miramar from October 14 through October 15. My experience at your establishment was extremely disheartening due to both the deplorable conditions of the room and the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff.
Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed several concerning issues:
• The floor felt unstable, and certain areas seemed as though they could give way if any pressure was applied.
• There were visible spots on the floor resembling an unknown substance.
• The sink was clogged, which I promptly reported to the front desk.
When I reported these issues to Danielle and another front desk employee, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. They continued to converse among themselves, disregarded my concerns, and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the room and that I would not receive a refund.
In addition to these maintenance and service issues, I endured an extremely uncomfortable night due to excessive noise, slamming doors, stumbling sounds from the floor above, loud conversations from adjacent rooms, and a non-functioning elevator and phone service.
Overall, my stay was unacceptable and far below the standards expected from any hospitality establishment. The condition of the property and the staff’s dismissive behavior made me feel both humiliated and unsafe.
For these reasons, I am requesting a full refund for my stay.
