I got charged twice for the room once by Expedia once by Marriott I was checking my card and noticed that I had been charged by Marriott went downstairs was told they don’t accept Expedia. Then they came back and told me they have to refund my money. It could take 10 days or more.

Convenient location with parking. Reasonable priced compared with other locations in Miami for Christmas holiday period. Efficient, friendly staff. Rooms were clean but furnishings and bathroom little dated. We didn’t have time to use facilitiesbut there was a very nice pool and Jacuzzi set in pleasant shaded garden. Only things could be improved are the WiFi which was a bit patch and the $ 5 night parking charge although this can be wavered if you join loyalty program

Overall not a bad hotel. Carpets are not cleaned and a bit of mold in the bathroom. Bath tub is peeling and Spanish receptions is not very nice.

No the a/c in my room was not working properly. It was extremely loud. My bathroom was not clean properly I saw hair and lint on the floor. Also I found that the walls in the room are to dark

The hotel overall was great, however the electricity turned off a few times during. This mattered needs to be rectified asap. Why is the generator not kicking in automatically. Never had an experience like this in a HOTEL in ALL my life.
