The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We spent four nights here and recommend without hesitation. Very clean, very comfortable and good value for the price. With our booking we had a full bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining table and living room all connected to a smaller bedroom and bath. It’s so nice to be right near everything and yet not hear a thing! Once in the condo no outside noise can be heard at all.We reached out to the manager once during our stay and they answered very quickly, despite it being a weekend day.Things to know about the area: there a a ton of little directions and things to learn and codes to have at hand for entry doors and the condo door. This is no fault of this property-that’s just how it is in a densely visited area. Parking is handy and in the garage-because of pillars parking is slightly challenging, but it’s not a problem if you take it slowly.The location of this condo can’t be beat. As mentioned above, you will have zero outside noise yet will be able to leave the building and take a left to be within steps of restaurants, stores, candy, coffee and ice cream and all the kids activities within a few steps; turn right and you are very close to Lasata, Hotel Effie and the Grand Sandestin. We travel a lot and have high standards-this property and management were pleasures.
