LOCATION
This wonderful home in the Seaspray community of Miramar Beach is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, has a private backyard, and is pet-friendly! With close proximity to the Silver Shells Outlet Mall and a variety of restaurants, you'll have plenty of dining and shopping options at your fingertips.

ACCOMMODATIONS
You are welcomed to an open floor plan with a large living space as you enter the home. The kitchen has everything you need to make that fantastic seafood feast. The dining area has seating for six, with additional seating at the bar for three. The laundry room is just a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. This home also comes equipped with a garage for your use.

The master bedroom is just off the eating area and has a large king-size bed, 42-inch Smart TV, a walk-in closet, a private bath with double vanity sinks, and a large oversized standup shower.

As you go back through the main living space down the hall, there are three additional bedrooms. The bedroom to the right has a queen size bed, 32-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom just to the left has a twin-over-a-queen bunk bed, 32-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The final bedroom, located to the left of the hallway, has a queen size bed, a 32-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Directly at the end of the hall is the second bathroom with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo with a linen closet.

This home has a private fenced-in backyard, comfortable seating, and a gas grill. Please note there is exterior surveillance on the front of the house.

POOL and BEACH ACCESS
A community pool is just a few minutes’ walk to the back of the neighborhood. Private beach access is just a few minutes down Miramar Beach Road, just to Surf Hut's left. Additional beach access to the west down Scenic Gulf Drive at the new Scenic Gulf Drive Regional Beach access. Parking is available for automobiles and golf carts. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a local vendor for an extra fee.

PARKING
Driveway parking is permitted only for 2 cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks. Golf carts that are state-licensed may be parked in the driveway since they are considered licensed motor vehicles. Motorhomes are not to be parked at all in Seaspray subdivision. Parking cars, boats, trailers (of any kind), golf carts, RVs, and ATVs, on the grass is not permitted at any time. No overnight street parking is allowed.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
1. Sheets & Bath Towels Included. Bring your own beach towels.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils. Bring your own spices and food.
3. Starter set of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Garbage Bags, Laundry/Dishwasher Detergent, Kitchen/Bath Soaps, Shampoo and Body Wash. Depending on your length of stay, you may need more.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.
