"Sandy Toes" ON THE SAND. Look no further. This beautiful home is right on the sand! No worrying about carrying your beach gear across the street or even parking. This clean fully stocked 3 bedrooms with 2 living areas is a private home on the sand. This home has 3 levels. Each with its own balcony overlooking the gulf. The suite downstairs can be used as a private area that is accessed by the exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 12. Flat screens, WIFI, cable & grill with a fully stocked kitchen
“We have 3 video camera's at the entry front door, entry back door and entry basement door. No video inside the house. There is a "Google" home unit in the Den / Main level that is part of the wifi "mesh" system. You can ask it to play music etc. but not connected to record or listen.”

It was filty, the lower apt. Was musty,had mold in shower. Humidifier didn't work. The shower upstairs was leaking through the ceiling in the kitchen. The barbecue grill was not in working c condition.

Such a beautiful place! We loved it. It was clean aside from some spiders, but there s not much controlling that by the water. The rooms were great. The fan in the double bed room kind of knocks sometimes. The parking spaces were a little awkward because it was in the corner. The location and beach front location is amazing. The reserved chairs are such a wonderful touch and the extra chairs and tubes were great. Great communication. So close to the beach and the water was amazing. Would highly recommend and we would be back! Plenty of towels and toiletries.

Great place!

Check in was a breeze, you have everything you need to start your vacation. Close to shopping and great food is within walking distance. Great bird watching from the back porch and easy to relax and watch the waves. Communicating was super easy. There was a minor issue I wanted to make the host aware of and they got back to me quickly.

The place is in a perfect location & you couldn’t ask for better, easier beach access. The condo was well stocked with all the essentials plus plenty of other goods. Overall, our stay was relaxing and pleasant.

Perfect stay!!!

This is our second time staying at Sandy Toes in two years and this property is amazing. The hosts are extremely prompt, unit is always clean, location is perfect. The addition of the sectional couch in the main unit was great for lounging with family after a fun day on the beach. Any beach accessory you need is already provided and is literally steps away. We are already looking into booking again next year!

Beach Paradise

This property really is beach paradise! Great location and beautiful property. Loved the little touches like the welcome basket. Property had great amenities and already had lots of beach chairs, beach toys, and floats available. Had a little trouble with electronics locks but this was fixed quickly with quick communication through the app.The property also had a baby gate and pack and play in the upstairs master closet. Very family friendly property, will definitely stay again.
