This 2nd story 2 bed / 2 bath 2nd floor condo has a beautiful open concept with modern rustic furnishings that comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults. This condo has no immediate neighbors and only a single condo above it so the potential for noise is much lower than other condos.
We are just a 2-3 min walk across the pool area from the public beach access w/ a covered, assigned parking spot available to our guests.
We’re also located close to The Commons Outdoor Mall, and surrounded by the best restaurants and beach-side bars, there is plenty to do for everyone!
BEDROOM & BATH
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king-size mattress and a mounted 70" flat screen smart TV above the dresser. This room features a walk-out to the patio and a large walk-in closet.
The Master en suite bathroom has both a walk-in standup shower as well as a shower-tub combo. Along with a double vanity this bathroom is large enough for two people to get ready in private at the same time.
The Guest Room is immediately to your left as you enter the condo and is furnished with a queen-size mattress and mounted smart flat screen 50" Smart TV above the queen-size pull-out couch. Next to the bed is a chest of drawers for your folded clothes. Opposite the dresser is the Guest Bathroom w/ traditional shower/tub combo, double vanity, and has access from both the bedroom and the hallway.
KITCHEN & LIVING
The Kitchen features a clean all white look with light quartz countertops, and plenty of space for all of your favorite snacks and beverages. We include a traditional coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Bring your favorite ground coffee or k-cups!
The dining table seats six with the bar having additional seating for four.
The Living Room is furnished with a large L-couch that can also pull out into a queen sleeper that comfortably sleeps 2 adults. We have two small bean bags to provide even more seating around our large 70" Smart TV. The TV has access to all streaming apps. *you log in with your credentials.
The 150 sq ft patio is accessed from both the master bedroom as well as the living room. Furnished with two Adirondack chairs and a dining table for two. Enjoy morning sunrise cups of coffee or evening glasses of wine accompanied by the beautiful views of the sparkling emerald waters.
Our laundry room has a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer allowing for large loads of laundry to be done mid-stay. We even provide the laundry pods! This room also has an iron and ironing board, mini fridge, and some beach items to include 2 chairs and an umbrella.
ABOUT THE RESORT
Amalfi is a beautifully kept resort directly across from the ocean!
It offers it all: Tennis courts, fully equipped gym, resort lakes on property with beautiful walkways, two large swimming pools heated year round, direct walkway to beach access, fire pit, and grilling area.
You are never more than a few steps away from activities!
