Our beach house holds a special place in our hearts as our personal family retreat, and we love opening its doors to guests who will treat it as their own. To maintain the home's care and comfort for all who visit, we ask that guests have a 5-star review history on Airbnb. Additionally, while we adore animals, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Lastly, we have a partnership with our Cleaning Service. They give us a 24 guarantee. This means that from the time you check-in, you have 24 hours to notify us of any issue, and our cleaning team will come back out and correct to your satisfaction. Please make sure to send us pictures of the issue so that we can get someone on it right away. We appreciate the opportunity to make corrections.

The number of guests is limited to 14 as per the maximum of the square footage allowed by Walton County & the State of Florida regulations.
