◆ Wristbands are $30 and can be purchased at the beach access. No cost for parking passes.

◆ Initial Supplies

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

After booking, you will receive confirmation email with a link to your Guest Portal and a password/access code, where you ll find all the important details about your stay: Payment details, check-in/out instructions, link to our support chat room, Interactive restaurant map and more.

◆ A UMB Vacations Rental Agreement & House Rules will be emailed shortly after booking.

​​​​​​​The agreement must be reviewed and electronically signed prior to check-in. Door codes and arrival instructions will be sent between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date once the agreement has been completed.

Guests can cancel up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive full refund, no refund within 14 days.
