Miramar Palms is a small, quiet, neighborhood with just 10 homes on a private cul-de-sac featuring a community pool and is situated in close proximity to the beach and all of the fun activities that Miramar Beach/Destin have to offer!
This two-story home features an oversized 2-car garage, front patio with rocking chair and benches, private back patio with outdoor table and seating for 6, outdoor shower, and private side gate that leads you to the small community pool only steps away!
The living room offers comfortable seating with couch and chairs, 55` Samsung Smart TV loaded with apps. Fully appointed kitchen has oversized side-by-side Samsung Refrigerator, water and ice in door, bar seating with 4 stools, and kitchen table with seating for up to 6.
The Ground Floor Master bedroom and Master Bath with separate tub and shower & dual vanity takes up half of the downstairs space and will become your private oasis.
