Nestled in a private enclave, only a block from the famous sugar sands of the Emerald Coast, you and your guests will enjoy all the luxury of a well-appointed home. Walk to nearby restaurants as well as an ice creamery, coffee cafe, and retail shops. For family fun, don't miss The Track for the best in go-karting and arcade games, as well as Big Kahuna's Water Park & Adventure Putt-Putt. And remember to bring your golf clubs for some of the best golf along the Emerald Coast at nearby Regatta Bay, Kelly Plantation, and Indian Bayou.

Every corner inside and out is outfitted with brand new updates - from the utensils to the furniture and mattresses. Experience the main suite's king-size bed and luxurious soaking tub enclosed in a glass wet room with multiple shower jets and rain shower, as you are sure to enjoy the spa-like retreat you crave. Each room includes everything you could want in a vacation rental home, all of which is brand new, including full kitchen supplies, stainless steel appliances, upscale bedding and towels, and a collection of beach gear including chairs, toys, a cooler, and a convenient cart to transport it all. You’ll have all your essentials including WiFi, as well as a new high-end washer and dryer in the large laundry room.

After a day at the shore, take a brief walk home and then rinse off under the two outdoor showers. Cocktail hour begins in the game room where you can watch the sunset melt into the horizon out on the Juliet balcony. For dinner, utilize the chef’s kitchen or cook out on the private grill located on the custom deck. Then relax in the large hot tub complete with lights, fountains, and your favorite music via built-in Bluetooth speakers - all highlighted by romantically lit palm trees. Back inside, snuggle up on the incredibly plush and roomy couch while pulling up any streaming service (available with all of the 4K SmartOS TVs in every room). Or continue your romantic evening out on the second Juliet balcony situated outside the main bedroom while the glow of the elegant, electric fireplace adds to your evening bliss. At night, the kids will love the custom-crafted bunk beds, complete with remote, color-changing LED lights.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
