The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, TV, dresser storage, private patio access, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Also located on the main level is a guest bedroom with a king bed, TV, closet, and access to the front porch. The nearby guest bathroom, accessible from both the hallway and bedroom, features a stunning walk-in shower and modern updates. **One ticket is provided for each activity per day NOT per person** They cannot be saved and combined. Activities are subject to availability and partners participation can change at any time. The Family Fun Package does not apply to stays that are longer than 28 nights.

A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.

Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
