This Beachwalk Villa is just minutes from the Gulf and on the Beachside of the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.
As soon as you enter the private courtyard, you know something good is behind the front door. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home looks like a designer show house. It is beautifully renovated and is conveyed with all of the furnishings . The open floorplan allows for easy entertainment and conversation whether you are in the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating to watch the LARGE flat screen television with WiFi.

Add to all of this the rear brick paved patio overlooking an expansive lake view and this Beachwalk has it all! The second floor has two spacious bedrooms with renovated suite baths; and convenient upstairs laundry.
Upgrades to this remarkable unit include granite counter tops, updated cabinets, custom lighting, remodeled bathrooms including tile floors, and designer decor!
Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio and enjoy some outdoor cooking with your very own GRILL. The beautiful view overlooks Horseshoe Lake, which are only steps away from the back of the villa.

The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk or a 3 minute ride on your complimentary golf cart, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a short walk from the villa.

Make sure to bring your fishing rods for some fishing at Horsheshoe Lake.

Great place!

We really enjoyed the property. Very clean and accommodating. Peaceful, convenient. We walked almost every morning to the small strip mall directly infront of our villa through the woodline for breakfast! We stayed for a whole week and enjoyed every minute of it.
